OneMarry Participation Terms
Published on 9 October 2026.
1. Service and operator
OneMarry helps adults aged 18 or over meet for serious relationships with agency assistance. Operator: Сергей Думницкий, 22 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, Ukraine. The operator's name is retained in the confirmed original spelling. General questions: info@onemarry.com. Support and enquiries: support@onemarry.com. Personal data: privacy@onemarry.com.
2. Account
Provide accurate information and materials you are entitled to use. Do not create another person's account without their permission. Do not share passwords or one-time links with others. Tell support if you lose access.
Ordinary sign-in uses email and a password; connected Google and Telegram are additional sign-in methods. They do not constitute agency identity verification. Telegram does not replace obtaining or verifying an email separately. Creating an account does not automatically publish your profile or grant access to the full catalogue.
A profile created by an administrator or imported from an old database also requires an appropriate basis and the participant's necessary permissions. The administrator cannot invent consent on their behalf.
3. Profile and materials
Profiles, photos and videos are checked before permitted display. A published profile requires seven approved photos; up to ten may be uploaded for selection. Videos are optional. An accepted video format does not guarantee playback of the original on every device; processing may be needed before display.
Your rights to your materials remain yours. For your chosen functions, you permit necessary storage and technical processing. Separate permissions govern display to other people. These terms do not permit selling your photos or using them in unrelated advertising.
Do not upload malicious files, material without necessary rights, spam, threats, abuse or false information. Do not copy or distribute others' profiles or materials outside permitted use of the service.
4. Selection and introductions
A preliminary selection after the short first step uses limited preferences; selecting a card does not send a request to a woman. Further introductions may require completing your profile and agency checks.
An introduction request does not mean the other person has consented. Meetings require the relevant confirmations. The agency may record consent genuinely received outside the website, with an explanation, and arrange the date and format. You may decline or report changes to your plans.
The formats are a video meeting or an in-person meeting. Video meetings use Google Meet; the provider's separate rules apply when connecting. These terms do not automatically permit recording. Do not publish a private meeting link.
Mutual interest and scheduling do not automatically disclose contacts. Telephone numbers, emails and other contacts are disclosed only through a separate administrator action within current permissions. Website messages and attachments are exchanges with the agency, not full participant-to-participant messaging.
Selection is not a psychological diagnosis or a guarantee of compatibility, marriage, a response or another person's safe conduct. Take care at in-person meetings; do not transfer money to participants at their request and report suspicious situations.
5. Pausing, restrictions and erasure
You can pause participation, change display permissions or request erasure. These are distinct actions. Pausing hides the profile from selections but does not automatically cancel a scheduled meeting: notify the agency.
The agency may hide materials or restrict access for rule violations, suspected fraud or risks to participants. Contact support@onemarry.com about such a decision. Do not bypass a restriction by creating another account.
Archiving does not physically delete all information. You can make a separate request through your account or privacy@onemarry.com; the Privacy Policy describes the procedure and limitations. It also explains separate permissions, recipients, retention and your rights.
6. Free launch and changes
The current free launch does not require payment to OneMarry. There is no integrated payment system or automatic charging. A participant's internet, travel and third-party service costs do not become an agency obligation. Any future paid services would require separate communicated terms and agreement before payment; this text introduces no price, deposit or mandatory paid package.
Participants are informed of material changes. New rules do not retroactively turn existing free participation into paid participation or obtain new display consent from an old checkbox. Technical interruptions are possible; this qualification does not remove the operator's statutory obligations.
7. Enquiries and mandatory rights
State your account email or identifier, the situation and the outcome you seek. If the matter cannot be resolved, your right to contact a competent authority or court remains. These terms do not override mandatory rights under applicable law or exempt the operator from responsibility for their own violations.
