OneMarry Privacy Policy

Published on 9 October 2026.

1. Controller and contact details

The operator of OneMarry and the person determining the purposes of processing personal data is Сергей Думницкий, 22 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, Ukraine. The operator's name is retained in the confirmed original spelling.

For personal-data questions and rights requests: privacy@onemarry.com. Participant support: support@onemarry.com. General questions: info@onemarry.com.

OneMarry is for adults aged 18 or over seeking serious relationships. Registration does not constitute identity verification by the agency.

2. Information we receive

You provide account and profile information: first and last name, email, telephone number, date of birth, gender, country and city of residence, information about yourself and your preferences, questionnaire answers, photographs and optional videos. Last names are not intended for the public catalogue. Fields and required information vary by registration stage; completing the short initial step for men does not mean the full profile is complete.

For ordinary sign-in, we store a password hash, not a plain-text password. Google sign-in provides the account identifier, email and information needed to verify sign-in; we do not request access to Gmail contents. Telegram sign-in uses the user identifier and available sign-in information, such as a name and username. Telegram does not automatically provide a telephone number or email and does not replace obtaining or verifying them separately.

We also use messages and attachments exchanged with the agency, introduction requests, participants' responses, information about scheduled meetings and their outcomes, enquiries, reports, display permissions and records of administrator actions. Technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, action times and error messages, is processed to protect the service.

Do not send identity documents, health information, intimate-life information or other sensitive data unless needed for a specific, justified enquiry. Sending such information does not authorise every subsequent use.

3. Purposes and grounds for processing

Information needed to create and operate your account, maintain your profile, provide requested selections, arrange introductions and answer enquiries is used to provide your chosen service and take steps at your request.

Security checks, fraud prevention and dispute handling protect the service and participants within necessary and proportionate limits. Processing expressly required by applicable law fulfils the relevant obligation.

Displaying profiles and materials to other people, public examples, preliminary cards and marketing messages have separate permissions. Permission for one purpose does not replace permission for another. Refusing marketing must not prevent necessary account operations; a service message about your request or meeting is not the same as advertising.

Religion is optional. If you choose to complete this field in your account, separate explicit consent is required to process religious beliefs for your profile and display them only within the profile visibility you separately permit. The general registration checkbox does not replace this consent. You can withdraw consent and clear the field in your account; refusal does not prevent registration. The history of granting and withdrawing permission is retained without the religion answer itself. Withdrawal clears the working profile field but does not immediately delete historical backups; backup handling is addressed separately.

4. Profile and contact visibility

Creating an account does not automatically publish a profile. Agency account verification, profile and photo moderation, and current display permissions are separate conditions for availability.

The administrator accesses information to maintain profiles, handle enquiries and arrange introductions. Participants and visitors can see only the profile and material elements permitted for the relevant display mode. Blocking, pausing, withdrawing permission and access restrictions may stop display.

A preliminary selection for a man uses limited initial information and does not itself send a request to a woman. Confirming interest, mutual interest and scheduling a meeting do not automatically reveal telephone numbers, email addresses or other contact details. Disclosure requires a separate administrative action within current permissions. Website messaging connects a participant with the agency; it is not an open chat between participants.

After display stops, we cannot guarantee destruction of copies another person previously saved unlawfully outside the service. This does not authorise their further distribution.

5. Providers and international processing

The website is hosted on Namecheap's Stellar plan; its primary data centre is in the United States. Website information may therefore be stored outside Ukraine and the European Union. The primary server country does not establish the location of all backups or email services.

Google and Telegram are optional sign-in providers and also process data under their own rules. You can choose ordinary registration instead. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Telegram's policy: https://telegram.org/privacy.

Google Meet is used for arranged video meetings. When you connect, Google may process your name, audio, video and technical information under its rules. Meeting links and times are shared with the relevant participants; scheduling does not constitute consent to recording. Neither this policy nor pressing the participation button automatically permits recording.

Email delivery involves email services; incoming domain email uses Namecheap Jellyfish filtering. Processing at Namecheap is governed by its applicable contractual terms, including its data processing addendum: https://www.namecheap.com/legal/universal/data-processing-addendum/. Permission for international profile display does not replace required safeguards for transfers to technical providers. Information may be disclosed to authorised authorities where there is a lawful basis.

6. Retention

Information is retained no longer than necessary for its lawful purpose, taking account of applicable obligations and justified claims. Active-account information is needed for participation; enquiries and correspondence for handling the relevant case; security and permission records for protecting the service and evidencing lawful actions. Keeping all information indefinitely “just in case” is not a retention rule.

Pausing and archiving retain information and do not physically destroy it. Backups, email, server logs and the working database have different cleanup methods. Erasure from the working database does not mean simultaneous erasure of every copy. On request, we explain which specific information remains, its basis and retention period or criterion; we do not promise an unestablished automatic backup-erasure deadline.

Where specific information is retained after an erasure request, a separate basis, scope and retention period or criterion must be established; use is limited to that purpose. The requester is informed of the outcome.

7. Your rights and erasure

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, withdrawal of consent, objection and other rights under applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not make processing before withdrawal unlawful. You can complain to the competent data-protection authority or a court.

Write to privacy@onemarry.com with your account email, your concern and the action requested. Proportionate account-ownership verification may be necessary to prevent someone else making a request; do not send a passport without a specific, justified request. Requests and responses follow applicable statutory deadlines. Where GDPR applies, the usual response period is one month; a permitted extension requires the statutory grounds and notice.

You can submit an erasure request in your account. It restricts profile availability and related interactions, but does not instantly destroy every copy. A separate administrative tool deletes the working account, related structured records and listed photos, videos and attachments. Incomplete file cleanup is tracked separately and is not represented as completed.

That tool alone does not clear all backups, mailboxes, server sessions or logs, or free-text references in other records. A minimal record of the operation without the erased participant's name, email or identifier is retained. Completing a rights request requires separately reviewing these sources and explaining lawful retention, not simply pressing the erase button.

8. Cookies and local storage

Technical cookies support sign-in and request protection. Ordinary website sign-in with “Remember me” selected can last up to 30 days; administrative sign-in does not use that long-lived mode. The Telegram Mini App session is separate from the ordinary website session. A language cookie and local settings help preserve language and appearance.

Browser local storage holds the theme, acknowledgement of a notice and a registration draft. Passwords, consent checkboxes and CAPTCHA answers are not stored in that draft. It can be restored for 24 hours after the last save; expired or damaged drafts are cleared when the form next opens, if storage is available. No background timer deletes bytes while the browser is closed. Successful submission also clears the draft if storage is available.

You can clear browser data. This may reset settings or end a session but does not delete the server account. Do not complete a profile on a public device: its other users may access local information. External services have their own cookies and storage mechanisms.

9. Selection and security

Selection compares stated preferences and available profiles. With limited initial information, results are preliminary. They are not a psychological diagnosis, scientific proof of compatibility, or a guarantee of marriage, a response or another person's safe conduct. Arranging introductions involves participants and the administrator, not only an automated result.

Access controls, request protection and checks on uploaded materials are used. Absolute security, antivirus scanning of every file and prevention of photo copying are not guaranteed. Do not transfer money to other participants at their request; report suspicious conduct to the agency.

10. Changes

Participants are informed of material policy changes. A new processing purpose or display mode does not automatically obtain consent from an old checkbox. Previously recorded consent history is not rewritten retroactively; new versions must reflect actual service changes.
